Assessment Associate Home

Certified Assessment Associates may present 90-minute follow up sessions within specific guidelines with individual End Users and/or Corporate Optimal Thinking Online Assessment clients. You interpret the nuances in reports, provide additional options, and further the optimization process.

You were required to obtain an 85 percent score utilizing open book examination, and demonstrated proficiency in the exercises provided to achieve certification. Your name is listed in our Certified Assessment Associate database. Your certification is not transferable to another person or entity.

Policies and Guidelines

You may describe yourself in the following manner on your business card:

• Name, Certified Optimal Thinking Assessment Associate
• Name, a Certified Optimal Thinking Assessment Associate by OptimalThinking.com, a division of The World Academy of Personal Development Inc.
• Name, a Certified Optimal Thinking Assessment Associate by OptimalThinking.com

You may not describe yourself as an Optimal Thinking expert, Optimal Thinking trainer, Optimal Thinking coach, or Optimal Thinking facilitator.

You may describe yourself as a Certified Optimal Thinking Assessment Associate or a Certified Optimal Thinking Assessment Facilitator. You are certified specifically and only to facilitate a 90-minute follow up session for the Optimal Thinking 360 Assessment.

• You may not employ the Optimal Thinking Online Assessment as the primary determinant for hiring or deciding job assignments. However, knowledge of thinking styles may help people recognize where they are best suited, why they may be satisfied or dissatisfied with their job function, and will help teams and co-workers communicate optimally. The assessment is particularly useful for personal and interpersonal optimization.
• A core ethic of the assessment is that participants must decide if they want to share their results with anyone else. When individual results are not confidential, participants will not be honest and the Optimal Thinking Online Assessment will be compromised. The Certified Assessment Associate can respect confidentiality, and still provide group profiles and information that will benefit the organization.
