Are your congressional leaders sufficiently humble, or ready for executive coaching? Two days ago, the American public went to the polls to voice their preferences for congressional leaders in their districts. As there was a great deal of dissatisfaction with the performance of many representatives in the House of Representatives and the Senate, numerous politicians were voted out of office.
With such poor ratings from the public, we are compelled to ask “Why did these congressional leaders fail to meet the expectations of those who depended on them? Did they lack political or business acumen? Did they lack leadership skills? Did they put their personal interests before the best interests of their constituents? Should executive coaching be provided for these important decision makers?”
Now, President Obama has extended an olive branch and invited leaders from both parties to discuss some major issues. So, this is where you come in. How would you rate the congressional leaders in your district in terms of the leadership characteristics* below on a scale of 1 to 10?
